Terms of Service

By creating an account or using HausDraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using HausDraft for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Signing in grants a one-time allowance of free credits to try a room, exterior, or yard redesign; further redesigns, multi-variant walls and premium image models use credits included with a paid plan (Lite, Starter or Pro). Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled, and payments are processed by Stripe.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and credits from a paid plan expire when that plan ends.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant HausDraft the limited rights needed to process it and generate your redesigns. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos and other material you provide.

Subject to these terms, the redesigns you generate are yours to keep and use personally. Commercial use — in listings, client presentations, and other channels — is included while you are on a Starter or Pro plan; on other plans, redesigns are for personal use.

Do not use HausDraft to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, that impersonates others, or that violates the policies of the platforms where you share it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and platform rules, including real estate listing rules.

We work to keep HausDraft available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

HausDraft is provided “as is.” Generated output is a starting point you should review before publishing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HausDraft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

You may stop using HausDraft and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
